Performs a variety of complex duties including the collection and analysis of financial data from reports and various sources. Prepares materials for distribution to the Bank's CFO, CEO, management executives, Board of Directors and shareholders. Perform in-depth analysis and provide meaningful insights to senior leadership.Essential Job FunctionsPrepares management reporting to internal consumers as well as board of directors and parent company. Ensures meaningful and relevant information while guaranteeing data integrity and accuracy.Performs monthly review and evaluation of actual financial performance compared to budget, forecast and prior year of the total bank and individual business units. Performs analyses on profitability, balance sheet and key metrics, at the Bank-level and business line level.Identify the key drivers of financial performance with financial analyses and non-financial indicators. Proactively communicates with management and the parent company on potential reporting issues and proposes solutions and alternatives.Periodically reviews and evaluates actual financial performance of the Bank's business units and performs variances analysis relative to plan.Researches relevant business developments in the organization and/or within the industry.May plan, conduct and supervise long-term projects.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsRequired Experience Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. Typically viewed as a specialist within discipline. May have broad knowledge of project management. $80K -- $100K

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
