We are seeking an IT Specialist to contribute to the team culture of collaboration, support, and service.
This is an on-site contract to hire opportunity based in San Ramon, CA.
Responsibilities:
Resolve support requests from end users within the organization Provide afterhours support 1 week per month for password resets and on-call emergency support as needed Support Microsoft products such as Windows, Office365, and other cloud-based systems Maintain an inventory of PCs, mobile devices, printers, software, and licenses Perform system administration for enterprise tools and platforms such as Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange management console Identify problem areas and provide end user training to include training materials when needed
Qualifications:

years of hands-on experience with request tracking systems, networking, desktop support, and security in a Microsoft Windows environment ITIL Service Management knowledge required Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Systems administration background Degree in IT technology or administration preferred MCSA, A+, Network+, Security
