The Account Management Operations Administrator is a key role within the Enterprise Account Management group.
The AM Ops Administrator will be responsible for account management support to assist with moves, adds, changes, billing requests and account administrative tasks.
The AM Ops Administrator will also be responsible for assisting with training, sales forecasting, account research, productivity, CRM maintenance and other support functions specific to the account management organization.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of Five9's core products, services, and sales tools and utilize this knowledge to successfully provide sales support and increase effectiveness of the account management organization Review contracts, order entry, billing analysis, manage service requests with other departments, and provide other functions as requested by members of the Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Management teams and Five9 Customers in a timely manner Collaborate with Sale Operations and Analysts to address contract and sales order issues or concerns and to ensure the timeliness of contract review/order processing Be the floater Account Managers for AM's who are OOO by serving as a point of contact for Key Customers and assisting with orders, escalations, and continuing project momentum Requirements:

years experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be self-directed and self-motivated BA/BS degree or higher Learn more about our Employee Benefits offerings and other perks here.
