We are seeking a versatile Program Manager who has a passion to work with not-for-profit organizations and to structure and drive the execution of large, cross-functional programs of business technology enablement, while creating process and policy improvement and running the PMO.
Responsibilities Program Planning & Strategy Work closely with senior executives and other leaders on strategic prioritization of programs, ROI, metrics, resource and budget allocation to commence programs Setup program governance required for successful execution of the program Work with Product Managers to define & manage MVP for the product and its implementation approach Program Execution:
Manage all phases of program through successful delivery Create and manage the execution plan including timelines, milestones, critical path etc Manage and report on budget and resource allocation to the program Manage program dependencies, risks, key design decisions etc Manage inter-dependencies with other programs including within the Superhighway and across Superhighways Drive steering committee and other key governance discussions with senior executives to drive decision making on important topics that impact the program's execution.
Manage the change control mechanism setup to track and address changes to different aspects like technical/functional changes to scope, program cost or its schedule Set up required JIRA dashboards to track the EPICs, user stories by different aspects like status, Sprint allocation, velocity, burn-down rate, approvals, dependencies etc Track the Change management strategy and implementation of the change adoption plan including its timelines and milestones Track the product Testing strategy (technical and functional testing), including participation of Biz stakeholders in testing, its timelines, sequencing & milestones Track the Support plan set up to manage questions/issues post-production deployment, including timelines & milestones Run regular product engagement meetings with program core team to track progress, dependencies and escalate risks for resolution Be proactive in holding stakeholders accountable for delivering on the plan laid out Roadmap Management Create roadmap of business features to be delivered for the Domain being managed, linking it with the overall strategic prioritization Work with the Product Manager and IT Engg Lead to plan timelines, resource needs and interdependencies for the feature implementation in the roadmap Set up dashboards required to track the implementation status of the business features Education/Training BS/BA degree in Business or Technology-related field (required); MBA or Masters (preferred) Agile Project Management certification or equivalent in work experience Experience 5
years program management background 3
years' experience leading major programs in a complex, global corporate setting Strong working experience with agile methodologies Familiarity with business-related technologies and platforms Key Traits Ability to drive collaboration across business and technical teams Effective communicator at all levels Problem-solving attitude to conflicting negotiation skills Ability to think strategically and execute tactically Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a high-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes Quick Apply.
