Individual must be efficient, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills.
Primary Duties include, but not limited to:
Maintain key department databases with current, accurate data by reading key industry publications, surveys, and reports Qualify, confirm, and enter all gathered data for special reports Compile and complete accurate data requests in a timely manner Assist with maintaining Organization and Contacts databases Assist in entering in pertinent data from annual and periodic data collection Assist department with various research requests and special projects Perform any other duties or special projects as directed by the department head.
Candidates should have at least two years of data entry experience.
Candidates should have proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and database software.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Qualtrics a plus.
Individual should be extremely organized, detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player.
A strong work ethic is a must.
