85 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Day Of Wedding Coordinator to join our team With Venue To Go! As a Day Of Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of wedding planning and coordination.
You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences, and ensure that their special day runs smoothly and flawlessly.
Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings with clients to discuss their wedding plans.
Create detailed timelines and schedules for all wedding-related activities.
Assist with the design and decoration of wedding venues, including the arrangement of seating, and d cor.
Oversee and manage all logistics on the day of the wedding, including coordinating with vendors, directing staff, and ensuring the timely execution of all activities.
Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the wedding, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients and guests.
Provide support and guidance to the wedding party, ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for their roles.
Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process, keeping them updated on progress and addressing any concerns or changes.
Schedule and coordinate wedding rehearsal Requirements:
Preferably wedding coordinating or event coordinating experience perfered, however not required.
Customer service experience Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by wedding schedules.
A passion for weddings and creating unforgettable experiences.
