This job is initially a part-time position but may turn into a full-time position for the right person.

a friendly, cheerful and upbeat personality, ability to multitask, great organizational skills and the ability to persuade people to make smart decisions about their health.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative and thinks outside the box when coming up with solutions to problems and is resourceful.
The ideal candidate has some social media savvy and/or has a sales or marketing background as well.
Job Duties include:
- Welcoming patients as they arrive - Answering phones - Scheduling patients - Encouraging patients to attend their sessions/complete the PT's recommended plan of care - Collect Payments - Management of call logs/tracking forms - New Patient Intake/Communication - Weekly Reports - Maintaining a clean front office and waiting room - Verification of insurance benefits and explanation to new patients - Sales - answering questions about our services and converting prospective clients to paid customers - Handling objections to cost - Keep an eye on both PT and Pilates schedules and try to fill all open spots with clients - Uploading videos to YouTube for social media posts and zoom calls - Order/Re-order office supplies We are seeking the right person to grow with our company and aligns with our core values and mission statement:
