has an immediate opening for a Service Desk Technician.
This firm specializes in technology, and we are looking for a savvy Service Desk Technician who has a strong desire to grow their career with a cutting-edge technology firm.
The current position is Part-Time Contractor but will convert to Full-Time for the right individual.
Job Description:
Service Desk Technician will be working with our clients for general hardware and software troubleshooting.
This will include working with Windows, Mac and Linux systems.
Along with smarts phones and other mobile devices.
You will provide over the phone remote support on non-scheduled site visits.
The technician will also be responsible for providing the same level of support onsite on a weekly basis.
Will need to travel to customer locations Will be responsible for proving general hardware and software support Will provide support for other team members when needed Will maintain documentation and processes Will insure proper handoff to second level engineer when needed Will brief N2CON management staff on a weekly basis Answer inbound calls and setup tickets for client issues Travel is required Assist during projects from time to time Participate in weekly team meetings and fun after work functions Must be able to work 9am to 5pm
Qualifications:
2-year degree (must have, or enrolled in college working towards a C.
S or similar degree) 3
years of related experience Available to respond after hours via mobile device Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates integrity, takes pride in their work, and thrives in an entrepreneurial atmosphere Demonstrates discretion, sensitivity, and independent judgment Proven ability to execute independent projects and think creatively Should have expert experience with:
Microsoft Office Products Microsoft Desktop O.
