TRC is seeking a Permit Coordinator to join its highly successful Permitting department in the San Francisco Bay Area (Concord, San Francisco, Oakland, San Ramon).
The successful candidate will be an ambiguous, fast learning individual with exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and is efficient working a hybrid remote/office position.
Responsibilities:
Will function as a staff member on preparing Encroachment Permits, Agency permit requests, and related documentation.
Work could also include project compliance management for quality control/assurance, and timeframe/milestone management, and proposal support.
Abide by Company policies and procedures.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Have at least 1-5 years of relevant and associated body of work.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a team and individual setting.
Possess strong organizational and computer skills (GIS, document manipulation, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft PowerPoint).
Possess a valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to TRC's insurance carrier.
