Responsibilities:
Assist with the primary responsibility for processing of multiphase applications for public reports with the Department of Real Estate.
Attend initial start-up meeting on new communities and become familiar with all facets of the community development needed for DRE processing and formation of HOA's.
Assist with the coordination of DRE processing and formation of association legal documents and budgets.
Set up HOA for new communities and serve on HOA Board of Directors as needed.
Responsible for maintaining DRE Personnel Contract lists by community and assist with coordinating processing efforts with consultants.
Responsible for updating and circulating DRE Phasing Schedules and prepare report on monthly basis.
Obtain/exonerate HOA bonds.
Assist with coordination of sales disclosures with internal departments as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Three (3) to five (5) years of Department of Real Estate processing experience with builder or Title Company High School diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Advanced Word and Excel experience Good written oral, organizational and math skills Basic understanding of landscape and architectural plans Ability to manage time and prioritize work Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required Follow directions from a supervisor Interact well with co-workers Understand and follow work rules and procedures Accept constructive criticism Team player PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
May be required to operate a motor vehicle.

General Overview of Compensation:
The median base compensation for this position is estimated to be $29.
43/an hour, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors including employee qualifications, geographic location, and operational considerations.
