Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of a variety of L&D/TMOE programs to include but not limited to professional development, global onboarding, management, and leadership development programs.
This role will report to the Sr.
Manager, Talent Development and works closely with other TMOE team members to ensure the tools, documents, and materials for the various programs are well organized and current.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Program Coordination:
Develop detailed project plans to ensure the timely and efficient preparation and execution of learning related TMOE programs.
Schedule and support a variety of program-related meetings, including Global Communities of Practice, global partners, and content curators.
Create and edit high impact global learning communications to drive positive learner and new hire experience and increase the use of learning solutions across Cooper.
Coordinate and maintain the global learning calendar of events.
Manage the logistics for all global leadership programs (e.
g.
, New Leaders, Experience Leaders) and other virtual and on-site programs.
Prepare and disseminate education aids such as instructional materials, handouts, participant guides, and visual aids.
Maintain learning analytics (participation, feedback surveys, polling) and insights to prepare insights on program effectiveness.
Follow-up with program participants on routine questions/issues.
Problem-solve minor training-related issues with limited supervision.
Review and edit materials and global reports for accuracy and identify issues with detailed follow-up and proposed corrections for improvement.
Contribute to the development of program materials and information.
Provide inputs to program improvement opportunities.
Reporting & Analytics:
Produce status reports from Zoom, LMS, and CMS.
Leverage Excel as needed to create updates, analysis, merge data, and other reports.
Review reports for accuracy and issues - follow-up with corrections as needed.
User/Stakeholder Interface:
Help foster the use of LinkedIn Learning and support expansion to non-wired employees.
Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support RFP processes and seamless program offerings.
Communicate professionally across a wide variety of employees in various locations around the world.
Proactively identify stakeholder issues and develop solutions to enhance the user experience while maintaining global program standards.
Systems & Technology:
Support for LMS implementation, roll-out, and ongoing governance.
Set up all aspects of the pre- and post-production of global learning related Talent Team webinars as well as support the actual production utilizing Zoom.
Maintain and update learning content on the intranet and SharePoint sites.
Team Administrative Support:
Monitors, routes, and replies to messages received in the global TMOE inbox.
Partner with other team members to establish and maintain, easy to find materials, records, and information in shared online file sources.
Order, maintain inventories, and prepare various electronic and hard-copy training materials and supplies for the internal and external TMOE programs.
Support the TMOE purchase orders and processing of invoices.

Experience:
3 - 5 years of general support experience - ideally in business HR, Learning & Development, or Talent related function.
Must be able to demonstrate how they have used technology to drive business results, meet individual goals.
Demonstrated ability to take on the project leadership preferably within a HR related function.
Shows interest in talent management, talent development, and OD best practices.
Experience in working across multiple cultures and countries is preferred.
Education:
BA degree in HR, L&D, OD, Communications, or related field is preferred.

locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $73,337 and $97,782 and may include cost of living adjustments.
The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future.
This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
