years of experience working with banking data (not just working for a bank or financial services organization) within the last 5 years.
Have 2
years of experience working as a business analyst within a data warehouse setting (not a BA who just worked with the data warehouse team, but was part of the DWH team) within the last 5 years.
Have 2
years of data analyst or reporting experience.
Solid command of SQL including select, outer joins, minus/except queries, group by, having, sub-queries, joins to multiple tables, understanding why a table may be self-joined in a query, etc. They do not need to be a developer/DBA and tune SQL, but should be able to demonstrate that they can handle complex data interrogation.
Excellent communication, listening, and documentation skills. I need to feel comfortable with them interacting with busy business partners so they must be effective in their communication and quick to come up to speed on new business areas.
Solid command of data warehousing concepts including SCD (slowly changing dimensions), CDC (change data capture), and Star/Snowflake data schemas.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
