Job Summary
Robert Half is seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer I to design, deploy and manage Robert Half's desktop/laptop clients within a global enterprise environment. This position will assist in maintaining the integrity, availability and security of the Robert Half computing infrastructure. The Microsoft Systems Engineer I will take part in the installation, configuration patching, monitoring and fine-tuning of the infrastructure across the organization in a timely and efficient manner. This position will work with project managers, IT shared services and business owners to align client capabilities with business initiatives and take responsibility for maintaining client integrity with our system maintenance tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
4
years' experience in Information Technology,
2
years' experience in an Enterprise Environment with 1000
end users
Demonstrated scripting experience with PowerShell, VBScript, PsExec, Batch experience preferred
Microsoft Windows Desktop Support experience (Builds/Imaging, Backups, Software Deployments, Patch/AV management)
Group Policy Management experience a plus
Microsoft System Center experience a plus
Windows 7 Networking experience a plus
Bitlocker Encryption experience a plus
Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience a plus
Must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Must have excellent communication skills with ability to work within and across teams
Must have excellent documentation skills
