Appian Developer

Duration: 6 months can be extended
Location : San Ramon, CA or (BAY AREA)
The Appian developer must have good knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
Responsibilities:
Works in a fast-paced and dynamic project environment to develop and release new process models and maintain existing process models
Translates business requirements into technical specifications
Provides Level-of-Effort (LOE) estimates for completing process model updates
Participates in process release activities after hours and on weekends
Works support tickets for the production environment which require root cause analysis of process issues and may result in changes to existing process models for future release(s)
Develops and assists in test case construction and provides technical support during User Acceptance Testing
Produces documentation for all aspects of process development
Mentors other Appian process developers
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Appian software:
Design new process models,
Update existing process models,
Write and manage rules and constants,
Author reports,
Works with plug-ins developed for use in the Appian environment,
Familiarity with writing to internal/external databases,
Knowledge of tasks (user, system, and gateways),
Knowledge of message events and sub-processes,
Knowledge of security and user administration.
Intermediate level skills with SQL
JavaScript a plus
Experience with Appian 7.x version
Appian Level 1 and Level2 certifications are a huge PLUS
Experience:
4-5 years related experience in IT
Two years experience developing applications using Appian BPMS software
Highly familiar with Appian BPMS software
Excellent oral and written communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
