The Sage Group is looking for a Project Manager to work with our financial services client in San Ramon. In this role you will be responsible for leading the implementation, integration and maintenance of an end-to-end eProcurement solution along with supporting technologies and tools.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage the project to streamline & automate purchase order process relieving administrative burdens.
Effort will also improve financial controls & approval efficiencies through Electronic rules-based workflow and email approvals.
Bring eProcurement best practices through demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing one or more Supply Chain / eProcurement solutions (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
Skills Required:
8-10 years of project management experience managing large, complex initiatives. PMP certified ideal.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing one or more Supply Chain / eProcurement solutions (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, etc.).
Previous experience in contracting modules and procure to pay (P2P) -strongly desired.
Strong communication skills - both verbal and writing
Strong leadership skills; comfortable working with all levels of the organization
Solid Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills. Knowledge of SharePoint is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Well-organized; able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Start: ASAP
Timing: 40 hrs a week, 6 months+
Location: San Ramon, CA

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
