We are seeking EXPERIENCED BODILY INJURY / PHYSICAL DAMAGE
personal lines auto claims adjusters
to investigate both first & third party claims
As a Non-Standard Personal Lines Auto Claims adjuster, you will be responsible for identifying claims containing bodily injury & property damage. You will be contacting all involved parties to ensure thorough investigation & negotiation of settlements. You will be accountable for all stages of the process, from initial contact to negotiating & settlement of the claim
Job Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive responsibility handling auto claims, with Bodily Injury - Required
Possess the ability to investigate & determine liability per the policy language
Evaluate attorney claim demands, injuries, treatment & medical record
Hold a current adjuster license, or the ability to become licensed
Discuss coverage & liability with the policy holders
Set up vehicle inspections,, advising if a total loss or repairable
Multi-state experience is preferred
Knowledge of laws & regulations as it applies to the insurance industry
Highly detail-oriented & thorough, organized while also exhibiting exceptional customer service & negotiation skills
You must be able to work effectively both independently & in a collaborative team-oriented environment
Must be able to meet deadlines, while making priority adjustments as needed
Provide management with updates & reports as required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
