Jr. Business Analyst


Summary: The Business Analyst will facilitate the implementation of Ventiv's Claims, Risk and Safety products through collation, understanding and definition of business and functional requirements. Recommend solutions that deliver value to project stakeholders. Assist in the assurance that the configuration and configuration changes are of acceptable quality and meet the needs of the client. This includes a complete analysis of client requirements and transfer to appropriate client documentation.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Understanding client's business process.
Full understanding of the Statement of work (SOW) / Contract.
Lead client requirements gathering sessions / workshops.
Gathering functional and non-functional requirements
Creating business requirement documents for all custom client configurations
Mapping of client custom data conversions, validate data, and perform issues resolution with client
Creating business requirement documents for all custom client reports
Documenting specifications for custom client intake and incident report forms
Validating requirements using test plans, test scripts or test scenarios
Developing internal and external meeting objectives and agendas
To be an influential member of the project team in determining the most suitable solution for clients
Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed in accordance with eSolutions Governance standards.
To manage and monitor the time spent on tasks to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
Capture identified risks or issues so the project manager can enter them in the appropriate registers.
Service Incident & Problem Management - To provide subject matter expert advice and assistance in the identification and diagnosis of problems during the Implementation.
To assist the client in the adoption of the resulting solution, to ensure that the client gains maximum benefit from the implementation.
Work with project managers to transition the project to support teams and account managers with supporting documentation.
Travel up to 25 - 35%

EDUCATION
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
At Least 2 year experience in the insurance industry
ARM (Associate in Risk Management) or other insurance designation, e.g., CPCU - preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
