Mortgage Agency Delivery Auditor
Job Description
The Agency Delivery Auditor will ensure integrity of data for delivery to investors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Review LOS data on all agency eligible loans
o Compare data to agency approval
o Coordinator with operations in regards to any necessary updates
o Upload data into agency delivery system
o Ensure accuracy of data uploads
o Assist with monthly agency reporting
Preferred Qualifications
o 3-4 years of mortgage industry experience.
o Previous Secondary Marketing experience preferred.
o DataTrac experience preferred.
o Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
o Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.
o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
o High level of integrity and confidentiality required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
