Mortgage Assistant Client Liaison

Job Description
The Assistant Client Liaison provides support to the Client Liaison in order to help guide customers through correct procedures to produce a successfully funded loan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
o Respond to emails and phone calls regarding loan status.
o Log and order conditions.
o Prepare files for docs.
o Get files in-line for underwriting.
o Provide support to the Client Liaison
o Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
o Prior mortgage experience preferred.
o Knowledge of RESPA and compliance within the mortgage industry preferred.
o Excellent customer service skills.
o Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
o Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
o Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment.
o Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
o High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
