Our regional headquarters in San Ramon, California has an immediate opening for an Accounting Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone is extremely organized, detail-oriented and has experience with maintaining confidentiality. The idea candidate will have the following skills:
Must have intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with excel
Must have strong time-management/organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Should be comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Daily Accounts Payable data entry
Accounts Receivable check payments processed daily
Generate and distribute various rental reports daily
Resolve payment differences, credits on-account
Vendor/Dealer statement calls and inquiries
Filing, office organization support functions
Perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred)
Must have Intermediate to Advanced Level of Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must have an unrestricted valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years, and one violation must be falling off within the next 6 months.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) in the past 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be looking for a full time position working 40
hours/week

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
