For over 30 years, this practice has provided full-service optometry to families and residents in San Ramon, Danville, Dublin, and the East Bay region of all ages, insurances, and visual/medical diagnoses.
The dedicated Optometric team provides comprehensive eye care and specializes in contact lenses, dry eye treatment, myopia management, ocular diseases, and surgical co-management.
Centrally located in The Market Place Shopping Center, the practice is easily accessible from I-680, I-580, and within walking distance to a stunning, new city center.
To support the practice's continued growth and maintain the gold-standard service that San Ramon Family Optometry patients know and expect, Dr.
Wong is looking to add an additional provider to the highly-trained staff of 19 employees and six providers.
This private practice is fully suited with state-of-the-art optical exam technology that includes an Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System, optical coherence tomography, macular risk lab test, and specialized examination tests for computer users.
They also just added the new Topcon Aladdin topographer for specialty contact lens fittings and myopia management.
Using cloud-based software, this office operates in a paperless environment that enables electronic medical records charting from anywhere.
Online appointment scheduling and office communications are offered via text messaging.

About the opening San Ramon Family Optometry is seeking one full-time Optometrist who is passionate about providing personalized and individualized care to ensure excellent eye health and vision care for all patients.
In this role, you will provide full-scope optometry including in-depth eye exams; diagnosing and treating eye conditions; prescribing glasses; prescribing specialty contact lenses; and, refer patients to other specialists for medically necessary cases.
This is a unique opportunity for you to see a wide variety of patients and conditions.
The current office hours are 8:
45 a.
m.
to 6:
00 p.
m.
Monday through Friday; and 9:
00 a.
m.
to 4:
00 p.
m.
every other Saturday.
The Optometrist will work 32 to 40 hours a week and will be required to provide care one or two Saturdays per month--in rotation with other Optometrists.
A candidate with additional education, experience, certifications, or looking to explore special interests to expand the patient base, would be a complimentary addition to the practice.
For the right candidate, a future partnership opportunity may be available.

The ideal candidate will want to continuously develop his/her skills through mentorship with experienced doctors, and willing to integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
Minimum qualifications include:
Optometry license in the state of California 2 years of experience Contact lens fittings Glaucoma certification Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents certification Electronic health record charting Preferred experience in private practice (not required) As a full-time employee of the practice, you'll enjoy a range of benefits including:
